Safety Patrol!
Micah came home very sad yesterday-
He was selected for safety patrol got his belt and everything, but has to be wait to be on the squad till next semester- i guess too many kids this time around so they will share- personally for our family this works best but i am not gonna tell him this. I am also pleasantly surprised that soooo many kids want to do good- typically you see this in the church where we/my kids have been inundated- want to be involved in something that will help others-so we must be doing something right as parents and educators huh! ? Kudos!
Micah's sadness was short lived however do to the fact he was only home for about 45 minutes before he was off to the highlight of his week "Ignite" SCCC' tween (children between the grades of 4 and 6) ministry! I will let you know how that went and goes throughout the year!
